Metrolink Matters 
Our Metrolink Cares partner, the American Heart Association, inspires people to join the fight against heart disease and stroke through the Heart Walk every year. Due to current health risks, the American Heart Association has shifted elements of the walk to introduce the Heart Walk Virtual event.
You are invited to join Orange County’s Walk on Saturday, May 23 from wherever you are by walking in your neighborhood, being active around your home, or participating in any way you are able. Cross the virtual finish line by updating your Facebook profile picture with the Heart Walk finish line frame!
Join the largest volunteer organization dedicated to celebrating survivors and fighting heart disease and stroke. Funds raised through the Heat Walk support innovative research that has led to advancements like the artificial heart valve, cholesterol-inhibiting drugs, heart transplant capabilities and CPR techniques and guidelines used throughout the world.
The impact of every dollar raised at the Heart Walk is truly immeasurable. Be sure to check out the Heart Walk Virtual event wall, where you can find names and stories from survivors who have had their lives saved by the work your fundraising to support.
