Valentine’s Day Pop-Up Beauty Space Offering Free 15-Minute Makeovers, Putting Guests at the Center of Their Own Love Story
This Valentine’s Day, L.A. Union Station celebrates Love — especially having love for yourself! They’ll be welcoming guests, commuters and weary travelers to stop in for free 15-minute makeovers at a Love Yourself Beauty Bar in the “heart” of the station’s historic waiting room.
On February 14 from 1-6 p.m., top beauty professionals from Glamsquad will provide 15-minute makeovers featuring a menu of three custom hair and makeup looks: natural, playful and dramatic. Tinsel hair extensions will also be available. Additionally, stylist Chris Hamrock of the environmentally conscious Salon Wire will offer a grooming station for brow, hair and beard trims.
Advance reservations are required from 1-3 p.m. Reserve with EVENTBRITE.
Walk-in appointments are available from 4-6 p.m. (first come, first served).
From 3-4 p.m. YouTube sensation Edgar Martinez of Edgar’s Makeup will present two Live makeup tutorials on a 2020 “Valentine’s Day Look.” In addition, Glamsquad will conduct special product giveaways.
Post makeover, guests can stop by the beauty booth for a picture-perfect memory and add their image to the interactive “Self Love” photo mosaic.
