Metrolink Matters 
Will you be journeying to the 4th Annual Women’s March: Women Rising at Pershing Square in Downtown Los Angeles? Begin your March at your nearest Metrolink Station with other marchers who share the power and energy of the event by taking Metrolink to Pershing Square. This year, the Women’s March in DTLA will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Enjoy the ease and convenience of Metrolink and avoid roadway congestion and parking. To ensure that you make it to the Women’s March by 10:00 a.m., plan your trip ahead of time; buy your tickets through the Metrolink App, online, or at a vending machine; and get to your station on-time. Travel to Pershing Square with Metrolink’s Weekend Day Pass, which allows for unlimited train rides for just $10.
Through the EZ Transit Pass Program, Metrolink riders can use their tickets to get unlimited free rides on participating local services. To get to Pershing Square, take Metrolink to L.A. Union Station and transfer for free to the Metro Red or Purple Line. Exit at Pershing Square Station onto Hill Street at 5th Street. Pershing Square is across the street.
The Women’s March Los Angeles Foundation, a women-led 501 © (3), brings together people of all ages, genders, races, cultures, and political affiliations for a day of civic engagement. The main objectives of the Foundation are to register and educate voters, empower women to run for office, mobilize communities, equip youth for civic engagement, host townhalls and amplify community events.
