Reminiscent of winter markets found around the globe, the Fullerton Winter Market seeks to bring people together with plenty of holiday experiences on Saturday, December 7. The Downtown Fullerton Plaza will play host to a beer and wine garden, artisan craft and design vendors, holiday performances and much more. Santa Claus is also expected to make a stop for photos.
Admission is free, but attendees are encouraged to bring a toy to donate to Fired Up For Giving Holiday Toy Drive. The event will be happening from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with pictures with Santa taking place between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Tree Lighting Ceremony will commence at 4:30 p.m.
Parking may be found in any of the free downtown lots or in the parking structures at Wilshire (enter from Harbor); Lemon St and Chapman Ave; and in the Transportation Center on Pomona and Santa Fe Ave. The event location will be at Wilshire Ave between Harbor Blvd and Pomona Ave.
You can also minimize the hassle of parking in the city by taking Metrolink. Take the Orange County Line to Fullerton Station. Downtown Fullerton Market is an eight-minute walk from the station. Metrolink offers $10 tickets with unlimited rides on the weekends.
