  • Safety concerns
  • Train schedule questions
  • Fare questions

Call or Text Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 a.m.-8 p.m.

Below are some of the ways that texting can be beneficial to you and the riders on your train.

  • Conversations can be had on your time
  • You have privacy/discretion of your conversations
  • You can respect the privacy of surrounding riders in the quiet car
  • It’s quicker, and a preferred communication option for many riders
