Metrolink Matters 
We’ve got great news for San Bernardino Line riders! Starting Sunday, July 1, all regular ticket types will receive a 25 percent discount!
This means that all Student/Youth tickets, all Senior/Disabled/Medicare tickets and One-Way and Round-Trip Active Military tickets will be discounted on top of their already discounted prices, granting students a total of a 50 percent discount!
This will result in major savings for commuters and make Metrolink more affordable than ever. A regular monthly pass from Covina to Los Angeles costs $217. With the new discount, the same monthly pass would cost $161, while students and seniors will only pay $120.75 with this discount.
The discounted fares only apply to trips starting and ending on the San Bernardino Line and can be purchased on the Metrolink App, at ticket vending machines (TVMs) at San Bernardino Line stations or at the ticket windows at Los Angeles Union Station.
This program is funded by the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Agency and the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority.
Discounted Monthly Passes can be purchased at station TVMs beginning Monday, June 25, and all discounted tickets and passes will be available on the Metrolink App beginning July 1.
The discount does not apply to the $10 Weekend Day Pass or to special tickets like Dodgers Train tickets.
