Baseball season is back and we’re ready to help get you to the games! Metrolink can get you to Angels, Dodgers and Inland Empire 66ers games so all you need to worry about is rooting for the home team!
The Angels Express trains return this year beginning April 2 for all weekday home games beginning at 7:07 p.m. for just $7 roundtrip, $6 for senior/disabled, $4 for youth (ages 6-18) and free for children 5 and under with each fare-paying adult (limit three children per adult). Angels fans simply jump on an Orange County Line train anywhere from Los Angeles to Oceanside to get to dropped off at the Anaheim-ARTIC Station, just steps from Angel Stadium. On Fridays, fans from Riverside County can catch a special train at stations on the Perris Valley Line Extension and the Inland Empire-Orange County Line in Riverside County to get to the game. Return trains for all destinations depart 30 minutes after the games end.
The Angels Express Kick-off Rally is coming soon, too! On Friday, April 6 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Station, you can get pumped up with other Angels fans by enjoying free food, prizes, face painting, games and the chance to meet former Angels pitcher Clyde Wright!
If you find yourself more of a Dodger fan, then Metrolink has you covered! Jump on any train to L.A. Union Station and transfer for free to the Dodger Stadium Express with your game ticket. The buses run every 10 minutes from Union Station to the stadium, with stops behind Center Field and at the Top Deck.
Minor league fans are in luck, too! The recently opened San Bernardino – Downtown Station at the San Bernardino Transit Center is right next to the San Manuel Stadium, home of the Inland Empire 66ers.
Tickets for the Angels Express trains can only be purchased on game days, and all tickets can be purchased on the Metrolink App or at station ticket vending machines.
See ya’ at the ball game!
